Sherly Setiawan

Music and Movement Teacher

I am originally from Indonesia. I have been an U.S. citizen for the past 18 years. I attended University of Haarlem and graduated with a degree in International Business Management. I'm happily married to my husband, Cosmas, and we are blessed with 3 wonderful children: Damian, 16, Alastair, 14 and Genevieve, 10.  I find joy in a variety of activities. Music is a significant part of my life- I'm not only an enthusiastic listener but also an adept pianist. My faith in Jesus Christ is an essential aspect of who I am. I'm  deeply fond of little children and enjoy their company. Life for me is a harmonious blend of family, music, faith and love for children.

I’m originally from Santiago, Chile. I moved to United States 10 years ago. I graduated from INACAP Institute with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Gastronomy Management. I worked previously as a head chef for a preschool with an emphasis in trilingual learning.   I’m proud mom of twin daughters who are also enrolled in the 3YO class here. One of the things that I appreciate the most about our school is the multicultural nature of our students here at Duluth Baptist Preschool.
